Sale Price Adjustment
If, within 30 days of your Homemakers purchase, your merchandise is placed on sale, we will gladly honor the sale price by issuing a full refund for the price difference. This guarantee cannot be combined with any other offers, including special financing, and does not include any in-store clearance items.
Best Price Guarantee
Our Best Price Guarantee ensures that whether you’re looking at an exquisite leather sectional or simple decor for your dinner table, you’ll always find the best price at Homemakers. Within 30 days of receiving or picking up your Homemakers purchase, in the unlikely event you find the exact same merchandise advertised or displayed as currently in stock for less at a different authorized dealer, just provide documented proof. A Homemakers Department Manager will verify the accuracy/legitimacy of the price, taking into account variables including, but not limited to, promotional pricing, applicable sales tax, delivery charges, and shipping time. Upon verification within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly issue a refund for 100% of the price difference to the original form of payment. If you haven't purchased the merchandise yet, we will gladly match the price provided by the authorized dealer.
This guarantee does not apply to special financing, bonus offers, rebates, limited quantity offers, clearance, closeout, pricing errors, standard shipping items, out-of-the-box merchandise or custom orders.
120-Night Comfort Guarantee
Our 120-Night Comfort Guarantee is valid on all mattresses when purchased with a Homemakers mattress protector/pad. Mattresses purchased without a Homemakers mattress protector/pad are final sale, with no returns. Mattresses shipped or taken outside the state of Iowa do not qualify for the 120-night guarantee.
Within 120 days of receiving your mattress, you are entitled to a one-time reselection with a $69.99 restocking fee. Stains and/or soiling void the Homemakers 120-Night Comfort Guarantee and manufacturer warranty; no returns or exchanges will be allowed. Mattress protectors/pads are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Adjustable bases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable. Reselections at a lower price than the original purchase will be refunded the difference.
- Any free product or Reward Card included with a mattress purchase will be deducted from any credit if the reselected product does not qualify.
- Extended financing terms on specialty beds will be void when reselecting another brand that does not qualify.
- 120-Night Comfort Guarantee excludes mattresses purchased without a Homemakers mattress protector/pad, clearance mattresses, custom orders, floor models, pillows, sheets, and mattress protectors/pads.
- Adjustable bases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
- Mattress returns outside of this policy are subject to additional restocking fees or denial of return.
- It's recommended to sleep on a new mattress for at least 30 nights, so your body has time to adjust to the comfort and support.
Reward Cards
Offer valid on qualifying purchases. The Reward Card value is based on qualifying items in your purchase. Redeemable on future purchases from the date of the qualifying purchase. Present the Reward Card at the time of your next purchase. The Reward Card will be voided if the qualifying purchase is canceled. Not redeemable and may not be used as a payment on a Nebraska Furniture Mart Card account. Qualifying gift card purchases to obtain a Reward Card, and the obtained Reward Card cannot be used on the same order. A Reward Card cannot be used to purchase a gift card. This card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. See the back of the Reward Card or the email containing the Reward Card code for the expiration date. Void where prohibited by law. Allstate Protection Plans
If You Don’t Use it, You Don’t Lose it Allstate Protection Program. Homemakers Reward Card value equals 100% of the price paid for the Protection Plan as recorded at the time of purchase. Valid on eligible 5-year or longer Allstate Protection Plans, including eligible 10-year plans, purchased at Homemakers stores or homemakers.pro on or after November 3, 2026. Not all merchandise categories offer 5-year or longer plans. To qualify, the original plan purchaser must keep the plan active for its full term, complete the full term without filing a qualifying claim, and request the Reward Card from Allstate within 90 days after the plan expires. Requests submitted before expiration or more than 90 days after expiration will not be honored. A processed repair, replacement or buyout claim on any item covered under a plan makes that plan ineligible for the Reward Card; plan coverage stays in effect for the rest of the term. Customer service inquiries, complimentary stain or repair kits, and routine maintenance cleanings included with the plan are not considered claims. Each plan is evaluated separately and requires its own request. Cancelled or refunded plans, plans purchased before November 3, 2026, and plans involving fraudulent activity are not eligible. The customer’s NFM account must be in good standing. Allstate verifies eligibility; Homemakers issues the Reward Card electronically to the email address on file. Allow approximately 30 days for fulfillment after eligibility is verified. No physical card will be issued. Reward Card expires 10 months from the date of issue, and any unused balance is forfeited. Redeemable in Homemakers stores and on eligible homemakers.propurchases, subject to program exclusions. May be used across multiple transactions until the balance is used or the card expires, combined with other approved forms of payment. Cannot be applied as payment toward an NFM financing account. No cash value; not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. Homemakers may modify or discontinue this program for future purchases; changes will not affect plans purchased under prior terms.
